Data Operator

About the Role

Anne Agro Products Private Limited is looking for a Data Operator to handle day-to-day data entry, record maintenance, documentation, and reporting activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date business records and supporting the accounts and operations teams with data-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and Excel.
• Maintain and update records related to sales, purchases, inventory, invoices, and accounts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Verify data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in records.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of business records.
• Assist the accounts team with data entry and basic accounting-related activities.
• Perform basic calculations, data reconciliation, and report preparation using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify required information.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and financial data.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounts, invoices, sales, and purchase records.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain data accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Com / Commerce graduates will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience handling Excel, accounts records, invoices, and business data will have an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
