Data modelling

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop dimensional models for large-scale data warehouses using Erwin tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models.
• Develop normalized OLTP/OLAP databases, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of complex datasets.
• Perform data quality checks, identify issues, and implement solutions to maintain high-quality data.

Job Requirements :

• 6+ years of experience in Data Modeling (Dimensional Modelling) with expertise in Erwin.
• Strong understanding of SQL concepts, including joins, subqueries, aggregations, etc.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously as a Data Modeller or similar role.
• Knowledge in dimensional modelling, types of model and types of dimension model
  
• Canonical model experience
  
• Data normalisation and denormalisation 3N
  
• Worked on structured and unstructured data types
