1 Role Data Modeler

2 Required Technical Skill Set Strong experience in semantic data modeling, knowledge graphs, and AI-driven data platforms to design and lead the implementation of an enterprise knowledge graph architecture supporting AI-enabled underwriting use cases. The role will focus on designing scalable semantic data models, integrating enterprise data with knowledge graphs, and enabling AI-driven insights using Graph RAG and vector search capabilities.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have •

JSON-LD and semantic standards • Knowledge Graph modelling Neo4j (Cypher) and/or Azure Cosmos DB (Gremlin) • Vector database concepts — Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS • Graph RAG architecture and embedding model integration

Good-to-Have • Insurance domain knowledge (underwriting, risk, policy lifecycle) • LangChain / LlamaIndex / Azure OpenAI Service exposure

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Design and implement knowledge graph data models using JSON-LD, and ontology frameworks

2 Build and maintain graph schemas on Neo4j and Azure Cosmos DB (Gremlin API)

3 Model the underwriting value chain — from account creation, data enrichment, risk assessment, technical rating, through to policy issuance

4 Enable semantic search and similarity matching for underwriting submissions

5 Collaborate with AI/ML teams on Graph RAG pipelines, embedding models, and LLM integrations (GPT-4, Claude, Cohere)

6 Design vector database schemas on Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS

7 Ensure full data lineage, enrichment traceability, and audit-ready data structures
