This position requires continuous interaction and coordination to ensure that data structures align with organizational goals and facilitate efficient data management and utilization across multiple domains.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure data models are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of data requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts.
- Experience with data integration and data warehousing principles.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
- Familiarity with database design and optimization strategies.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business strategies.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
