Data Migration Lead

As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive planning and execution of data migration activities to guarantee that data is transferred accurately and completely into the target system. Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Lead the planning and execution of data migration to ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate teams, define migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and implement best practices for data migration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met within scope and budget.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in the Data Build Tool.
