Summary: As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive planning and execution of data migration activities to guarantee that data is transferred accurately and completely into the target system. This role requires coordinating multiple teams, establishing effective migration strategies and controls, and proactively managing potential risks. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration to ensure a seamless and dependable transition of data, while monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Develop and implement best practices for data migration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met within scope and budget.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.

Proficiency in Data Build Tool.

Experience in designing and managing complex data migration projects.

Strong analytical skills to assess data quality and integrity during migration.

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards related to data migration.

Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Build Tool.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
