- Experience in large-scale data migration programs, preferably in Telecom domain
- Strong hands-on experience in CRM and telecom data migration projects
- Deep expertise in Oracle SQL and advanced PL/SQL including bulk collections and performance tuning
- Proven experience in designing migration architecture including source-to-target mapping
- Hands-on exposure to Big Bang, Trickle (Delta), and script-based customized migrations
- Strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, and validation techniques
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and MariaDB environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements
