As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive planning and execution of data migration activities to guarantee that data is accurate, complete, and fully prepared for integration into the target system. This role requires coordinating multiple teams, establishing clear migration strategies and controls, and proactively managing potential risks to facilitate a seamless and dependable transition. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to align efforts and ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Oversee the development and implementation of data migration plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize migration processes.
• Monitor migration progress and quality, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain data integrity.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
