Data Migration Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and executing data migration solutions for enterprise transformation programs. The candidate should have expertise in extracting, transforming, cleansing, validating, and loading data from legacy systems into target applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze source and target data structures and define migration strategies.
- Develop ETL/ELT processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Design and execute data migration test plans.
- Work with business and functional teams to understand data requirements.
- Develop migration scripts, mappings, and transformation rules.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance during migration.
- Troubleshoot migration issues and provide production support.
- Prepare migration documentation, technical specifications, and status reports.
