Summary:
As a Data Management Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the stewardship of an organization''s data assets to ensure their quality and compliance with established standards. This role includes designing and implementing comprehensive data strategies that uphold data integrity and enforce governance policies. The practitioner establishes and maintains protocols for managing data securely, protecting sensitive information, and optimizing the use of data across various departments. Additionally, they provide guidance on defining data quality rules and develop effective compliance policies to support organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management practices with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate data processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex data management tasks.
- Ensure continuous adherence to data governance frameworks and regulatory standards.

Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
