Data Management and Operations Intern

Location: Mumbai

Elchemy is looking for a driven and motivated Data management and operations Intern. This person will be working closely with Elchemys Sourcing team.

• Roles and Responsibilities:
• First-hand exposure to how an export-focused, tech-enabled startup builds operations from scratch.
• Opportunity to work directly with the founding team and professionals from IIT/IIM/top B-schools and corporates.
• Practical understanding of global trade dynamics, compliance, and supply chain in the chemical industry.
• Assist the sourcing team in preparing and maintaining export-related documentation
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing and documentation activities.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the sourcing team.
• Hands-on training in using digital tools and platforms for trade and sourcing.

• Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about global trade, sourcing, and export processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented startup environment
