Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Delivery / Data Integration Lead with a strong background in data engineering, analytics, or data architecture and experience leading enterprise technology delivery or M&A/PMI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive M&A / Post-Merger Integration (PMI) and data integration initiatives.
• Bridge Data Engineering, BI, Architecture, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Work with modern data platforms including Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools.
• Manage technical discussions, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Provide clear and concise updates to Director and VP-level stakeholders.
• Independently drive initiatives and stakeholder discussions from day one.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise technology delivery experience.
• Prior background in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Architecture.
• Hands-on familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and modern BI platforms.
• Strong understanding of data integration and enterprise data environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in M&A / PMI is highly preferred.
