Role & responsibilities

Leading the design and development of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing software engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Guiding teams in applying Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to develop and test applications
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and architecture to enhance business performance
- Conducting code reviews and implementing coding standards to maintain quality software development
- Collaborating with clients to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored software solutions
- Mentoring team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and encouraging innovation
- Addressing technical challenges and troubleshooting issues to validate seamless software functionality
- Promoting the use of digital tooling and AI-human collaboration to optimize software engineering processes

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and CI/CD
- Utilizing advanced skills in Java, Python, and C#.NET programming
- Excelling in enterprise application integration and architecture
- Leading teams in software project management and planning
- Embracing AI-human collaboration and digital tooling
- Developing innovative solutions with microservices and API management
