Data Governance Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of data governance policies, standards and control procedures.
• Monitor and analyze Data Loss Prevention alerts involving sensitive or regulated information.
• Investigate potential insider threat activity and escalate suspicious data access or transfer patterns.
• Coordinate mitigation management activities for identified data protection and governance risks.
• Prepare risk reports, investigation summaries, control evidence and management updates.

Skills Required:

• 2 - 6 years of relevant experience in data governance, information security, DLP or risk management.
• Practical experience with data governance principles, data handling controls and governance processes.
• Hands-on exposure to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, alerts, incidents or investigations.
• Understanding of insider threats, threat indicators and information security risk analysis.
• Ability to analyze security or data protection events and support remediation and escalation activities.

Good to Have:

• Experience with risk mitigation and mitigation management practices.
• Exposure to Revenue Cycle Management processes in a healthcare environment.

Education: Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation.
