Job Description

We are hiring an Order Processing Executive / ERP Data Entry Specialist for our Mumbai location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with ERP systems, strong data entry capabilities, and a high level of accuracy in order processing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using ERP systems.
• Enter, validate, and maintain order-related data with minimal errors.
• Verify order details, pricing, quantities, and customer information before processing.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain quality standards across all transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and processing issues.
• Monitor order status and update records in the ERP system.
• Maintain documentation and reports related to order management activities.

Required Skills

• Experience working with any ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
• Strong data entry and order processing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data management activities.
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions while maintaining quality standards.
