    • Reconcile Salesforce entries against source information and verification records.
    • Identify missing, inconsistent, or potentially incorrect information and seek clarification before finalizing the record.

    • Follow procedures and data-entry standards established by the HR team.
    • Participate in training and orientation provided by Reactivate.
    • Communicate professionally and concisely with HR personnel, senior management, and executive leadership.
    • Manage urgent requests and changing priorities without compromising accuracy.
    • Handle business and personnel information with appropriate confidentiality and discretion.

    Required Qualifications

    • Previous experience in data entry, records management, data administration, or a similar detail-intensive position.
    • Experience entering and maintaining information in Salesforce.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including organizing, tracking, filtering, and reconciling information.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume data entry with an exceptionally high level of accuracy.
    • Strong attention to detail and disciplined self-review habits.
    • Ability to create or follow a clear data-verification and quality-control process.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Professional maturity and the ability to interact effectively with senior executives.
    • Ability to remain composed and responsive when working with demanding stakeholders or under time pressure.
    • Ability to work independently after receiving initial training and guidance.
    • Availability to work through at least 3:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time each working day.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience supporting HR, People Operations, executive, or corporate administration function.
    • Experience reconciling information between Salesforce and Excel.
    • Familiarity with data-quality controls, audit logs, exception reporting, or dual-entry verification methods.
    • Experience in handling confidential employee or organizational information.
    • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

    Key Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured by:

    • Accuracy and completeness of Salesforce records.
    • Adherence to the agreed verification process.
    • Timely completion of assigned work.
    • Clear identification and escalation of discrepancies.
