Job Description: Back End Operations Executive (Freshers 2026 Batch)

Position Overview

• Job Title: Back End Operations Executive / Process Associate
• Batch: 2026 Freshers (Undergraduates Only)
• Eligible Degrees: B.Com, BBA, BA, BBI, BMS (Strictly UG degrees only)
• CTC: 21,100 per month / Gross CTC package format
• Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented 2026 fresh graduates to join our back-end operations team based in Airoli. In this role, you will be responsible for handling back-office workflows, data processing, documentation, and cross-functional administrative coordination with high precision and adherence to timeline

• Passing Year: Strictly 2026 Batch Freshers.
• Educational Qualification: Undergraduate degrees only B.Com, BBA, BA, BBI, or BMS. (Postgraduates/Master's degree holders are not eligible).
• Skills & Competencies:
  
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Excel and Word).
• Good typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving mindset.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Work Location: Must be comfortable working from our office facility in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Compensation & Benefits
