Data Entry Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Enter daily production data from the shop floor Job Card into ERP/Excel/Registers
• Enter finished good data into the ERP once received from production
• Issue of packing slip of packed orders and hand over of list to billing and dispatch department
• Provide feedback on how to streamline the data entry process into the system
• Maintain organization of excel files and production registers
• Decent knowledge of MS office, Excel, and typing skills required.
• Maintain good attention to detail.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have good computer knowledge.
• Must have good counting and basic calculation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail while entering production data.
• Ability to check quantities of finished goods and packed orders.
• Basic understanding of data entry and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
