Role & responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in the system.
• Maintain inward and outward material records.
• Prepare and update Excel sheets, MIS reports, and daily operational reports.
• Verify data, invoices, delivery challans, and other documents.
• Maintain inventory and stock-related records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.
• Ensure timely data entry and proper documentation.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies.
• Maintain records of dispatches, receipts, and inventory movements.
