Data Entry Operator

Metal Forgings Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Data Entry & MIS Executive for its Production Department at Mayapuri, New Delhi. The role involves maintaining accurate production records, updating ERP data, preparing MIS reports and coordinating with departments to ensure timely and reliable information. Candidates (MALE ONLY)from any industry with strong computer and Excel skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update daily production data in ERP and Excel.
• Maintain job-wise records, work-order status and pending entries.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, verify and reconcile data from different departments.
• Identify missing, duplicate or incorrect entries and coordinate for corrections.
• Maintain organized digital records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.

Required Software Skills

• MS Excel (Mandatory): VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering and conditional formatting.
• ERP Software (Preferred): Experience with any ERP or data management system; ability to learn the company's eTACT ERP.
• MS Office: Word, Outlook/email, PDF handling and digital file management.
• Good typing speed, numerical accuracy and data reconciliation skills.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / B.Com / BCA / Diploma.
• 13 years of experience in data entry, MIS, ERP operations or back-office reporting.
• Strong Excel proficiency and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data independently and meet deadlines.
• Organized, systematic and comfortable coordinating with multiple departments.
• Manufacturing experience is not mandatory.
• Location Preference: Candidates residing in Delhi-NCR, preferably Mayapuri, Janakpuri, Rajouri Garden, Uttam Nagar, Dwarka, Tilak Nagar, Punjabi Bagh or nearby localities.
