About this role
Manav Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data across internal databases and systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity and supporting key operations with timely and accurate information. Key Responsibilities:
- Enter operational data into systems and databases with high accuracy.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain data confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as required by management.
- Review and correct data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Computer Applications is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role (1 2 years preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good communication and time management skills.
