About this role
- 1. 100% POD Tracking & Audit
- Track and log all incoming and outgoing vehicle movements and their corresponding Proof of Delivery (POD) documents in real time.
- Audit 100% of physical and electronic PODs to ensure mandatory fields are filled (e.g., vehicle number, driver details, seal numbers, and accurate counts for empty and RSTO totes).
- Verify that required signatures and stamps from both the Mother Hub (MH) and Delivery Hub (DH) are present on every POD.
- 2. Data Entry & Discrepancy Correction
- Input trip and tote movement data accurately into the designated POD Data Sheet without delays.
- Cross-check system records against physical POD entries and promptly rectify any data entry mismatches or missing values.
- Ensure real-time updates for forward and return leg transactions to maintain zero backlog and high data accuracy.
- 3. DH-Level Delta Coordination & Connects
- Review MH-DH tote mismatch reports and identify stores carrying high deltas.
- Coordinate and conduct DH-level connects with store SPOCs post-data correction from the MH end to review discrepancies.
- Share validated delta figures with DH teams to align on actual pending quantities versus system records.
- 4. Tote Return Tracking & Follow-up
- Follow up regularly with Delivery Hubs to ensure prompt flushing and return of accumulated totes back to the Mother Hub.
- Monitor store-level available free space and track transit timelines to prevent stock hoarding and maintain smooth tote circulation.
