Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the bank branch.
• Guide customers regarding various banking products and services.
• Assist customers with account opening forms and documentation.
• Support customers in completing forms accurately.
• Assist with KYC documentation and verification.
• Guide customers regarding Aadhaar, PAN, and other required documents.
• Help customers with basic banking service requests.
• Direct customers to the appropriate banking counter or department.
• Assist customers with updating and submitting required documents.
• Verify basic details and ensure forms are complete before submission.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
