Data Entry Operator

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems and databases.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and organize records, documents, and files.
• Prepare reports and maintain daily/weekly data records.
• Handle data-related queries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned data-entry tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Perform other administrative and data-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
