Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update customer information accurately in the banking system.
• Handle account opening forms and customer application forms.
• Verify and enter KYC details and supporting documents.
• Update Aadhaar, PAN, address, contact, and other customer details as required.
• Check documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
• Enter and maintain transaction and account-related information.
• Scan, upload, and maintain customer documents in the system.
• Perform data verification and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain proper records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Support branch staff in day-to-day documentation and administrative activities.
