Data Entry Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Enter and update customer and banking data in the system.
• Verify documents and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain records and update files as required.
• Process forms, applications, and other banking documents.
• Handle basic MS Excel and MS Office work.
• Coordinate with branch/operations staff for data-related requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
• Complete assigned data-entry tasks within timelines.
