Data Entry Operator

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in company systems.
• Handle day-to-day documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate with banks for account-related documents, transactions, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports, statements, and other MIS reports.
• Verify data, invoices, payment details, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of banking and documentation activities.
• Handle email communication and follow up with banks whenever required.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company financial and operational data.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and ensure proper record keeping.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 - 2 years of experience in Data Entry, Back Office, Banking Coordination, or Office Administration.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and basic computer operations.
• Good typing.
• Basic knowledge of banking transactions and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Tally/Invoicing will be an added advantage.
• Should be detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
