Role & Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data in MS Excel and company systems.
• Maintain and organize records, reports and documents.
• Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS and data reports.
• Maintain records of orders, invoices and other business documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for required information and documentation.
• Perform regular data checking and ensure proper record maintenance.
• Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative data-related activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 03 years of experience in Data Entry, Back Office, MIS or Administration.
• Freshers with good computer and Excel skills are welcome to apply.
• Good typing speed with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
