Role & responsibilities

1) Check Vehicles availability and advance plan

2) Stock VS Plan

3)DI and CSD stock details

4) Pending invoice/GRN status

5)Unloading vehicle details

6)Pendency in system related transactions

7)Maintain data in system as required reports as per customer requirement

8)Alignment in documents checking and filing

9)MIGO

10)RR in system

11) Floating report in morning of previous day MIGO for Sample submission

12)DOR updating

13) Can work in 3 Shift operation and can manage 30-40 Manpower including Semi skilled and skilled Persons.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have knowledge of Advance Excel and ready to work at customer's location based out at Sanand, Ahmedabad location
