Job Title: Data Entry Operator Logistics

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our logistics operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining shipment, order, inventory, and delivery-related data in company systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update shipment, order, dispatch, and delivery data accurately.
• Maintain records of invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, LR/GR numbers, and transport documents.
• Update shipment status and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, transport, and customer service teams.
• Verify data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain daily MIS reports and operational spreadsheets.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update system records.
• Handle data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of logistics records.
• Perform data entry using MS Excel, ERP, WMS, or other logistics software.
• Ensure timely completion of daily data-entry and reporting activities.

Required Skills:

• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply-chain operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

1–6 years of experience in data entry, logistics, warehouse, transportation, or back-office operations. Freshers with good computer and Excel skills can also apply.

Education:

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
