Designation: Data Entry operator
Role Definition
Responsible for timely and accurate data entry, transaction posting, and report
generation in SAP.
Must ensure system accuracy, coordinate with teams for validations, and maintain
up-to-date records for analysis and audits.
GRN and related system entries
Record reconciliation
Tasks &
responsibilities
Generating or converting reports in Excel
Invoice & Documentation filing, segregation and submission
MIS reports Daily / Weekly
Required Skills
Working knowledge of SAP and Advance Excel
Able to communicate in English language Spoken and email
