Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update trade finance-related data into internal systems and applications.
• Verify documents and data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with prescribed formats.
• Process banking and trade finance transactions as per operational guidelines.
• Maintain records and documentation in an organized manner.
• Perform data validation and identify discrepancies for corrective action.
• Generate and maintain reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for transaction processing and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to turnaround time (TAT), quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer and business information.
• Support daily operational activities and meet productivity targets.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, formatting).
