Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of new machine installations based on details received from field service staff.
• Collect and verify data from internal departments (i.e., SCM and F&A) to ensure correct entry in the ERP system.
• Prepare Preventive Maintenance Reports (PMRs) and installation reports.
• Verify and enter Daily Expense Allowance Reports (DEAR) submitted by field service staff.
• Provide support in preparing files for internal and external audits.
• Enter Daily Expense Allowance Reports into the ERP software.
