MIS Executive / Data Entry Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily data entry, updating, and maintenance of MIS reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
• Maintain and update Excel sheets, databases, trackers, and records.
• Collect data from different departments and consolidate it into accurate reports.
• Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Prepare sales, attendance, productivity, inventory, or operational reports as required.
• Generate reports using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/COUNTIF, and basic formulas.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and report preparation.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
• Perform regular data audits and ensure records are updated correctly.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis whenever required.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS, Data Entry, Back Office, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong typing speed with good accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Excel formulas, and data formatting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and complete tasks within deadlines.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Preferred Candidate

A detail-oriented candidate with strong Excel skills, good data accuracy, and experience in preparing and maintaining regular MIS reports.
