Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter inbound, outbound, and inventory transaction data into the WMS/ERP system.
• Update stock records, material receipts, dispatch details, and inventory adjustments.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Verify documents such as GRNs, delivery challans, invoices, and stock transfer notes.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and transport teams to ensure timely data updates.
• Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies for corrective action.
• Maintain physical and electronic records of warehouse transactions.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
