Data Entry Executive

Position: Data Entry Operator
Department: Operations / Admin
Experience: 01 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in Excel and company systems.
• Maintain daily records, reports, and documentation.
• Check data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
• Prepare basic MIS and Excel reports.
• Maintain proper filing and records of documents.
• Coordinate with other departments for required data and information.
• Ensure data is updated within the given timelines.

Required Skills

• Good computer knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including:
• VLOOKUP
• XLOOKUP
• Pivot Table
• Basic formulas (SUM, COUNT, IF, etc.)
• Sorting & Filtering
• Basic formatting
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Email.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company data.

Qualification

• Minimum Graduate/IT/Diploma preferred.
• Basic computer certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Good accuracy in data handling.
• Willing to learn and work as per company requirements.
