Data Entry Executive

• Collect information related to colleges, universities, companies, industries and other business entities from websites, directories, and online sources.
• Accurately enter, update and maintain large volumes of data in Excel sheets, company databases and internal applications.
• Verify and validate collected information to ensure completeness, correctness and consistency.
• Identify and remove duplicate, outdated or incorrect records from the database.
• Conduct internet-based research to gather missing details such as contact information, addresses, websites and key organisational data.
• Generate periodic reports on completed work, data status and progress against assigned targets.
• Follow organisational guidelines, data standards and confidentiality requirements while handling information.

Skills Required:

• Excellent web browsing and information extraction skills.
• High typing speed with accuracy.
• Familiarity with Excel Sheets and web-based tools.
• Ability to work with focus and discipline.

Eligibility: Freshers (10th or 12th Passed Candidates)

CTC: INR 3 to 4 Lakhs Per Year

Job Location: Chennai - Pacifica Tech Park

MANDATORY: Applicant should have completed 18 years of age
