We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Fresher Data Entry Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data and records while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in company systems and databases.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular data validation and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets as required.
• Handle documents and maintain proper records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data-related requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
• Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.

Requirements

• Any Graduate / 12th Pass with good computer knowledge.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills
