Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Daily production entry and updating of production data in ERP/MIS.
• Prepare daily production and dispatch reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, PPC, and Logistics for timely dispatch.
• Verify part number, quantity, quality clearance, and dispatch documents.
• Prepare delivery challan, gate pass, invoice, and other dispatch-related documents.
• Track pending production and dispatch status.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Handle Excel-based MIS and basic data analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate system entries.
• Follow company procedures, 5S, safety, and workplace discipline.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/MIS, and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable for rotation shift duty.
