Data Engineering (Power Programmer)

Job Description:

We are looking for passionate Data Engineering Professionals with strong expertise in Big Data technologies, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate will work on building scalable data platforms, real-time data processing systems, and high-performance data pipelines while collaborating with top engineering talent across the organization.

As a Power Programmer, you will contribute to architecture, design, development, deployment, and innovation initiatives while solving complex business and engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Data Engineering solutions using modern Big Data technologies.
• Build and maintain enterprise-scale data platforms and applications.
• Develop high-performance batch and real-time data processing frameworks.
• Build and optimize distributed data pipelines.
• Work on cloud-native and distributed system architectures.
• Participate in architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and engineering best practices.
• Drive performance, scalability, and reliability improvements.
• Continuously learn emerging technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 5-8 years of experience in Data Engineering and Big Data technologies.
• Strong expertise in Apache Spark, Scala, Kafka, and Hive.
• Experience building large-scale data processing systems and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks and real-time streaming solutions.
• Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
