Data Engineering Manager

Lead the strategy, architecture, development, and optimisation of enterprise-scale data platforms and data products while managing a team of Data Engineers. Partner with business, analytics, data science, IT, and architecture teams to deliver scalable data engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise data platform architecture and engineering initiatives.
• Design and oversee scalable batch and real-time data pipelines.
• Drive cloud, lakehouse, data warehouse, and data modernisation initiatives.
• Establish standards for data quality, governance, security, and performance.
• Lead CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and platform reliability.
• Manage, mentor, hire, and develop Data Engineering teams.
• Work with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Drive adoption of emerging data and cloud technologies.
