Hiring for Data Engineer Location: Pune (Hybrid wok Mode) Experience: 3–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for skilled and motivated specialists to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building robust data pipelines using Python, MongoDB, Apache Spark, and SQL. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data solutions that power analytics, reporting, and data products across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Spark.
• Integrate data from structured and unstructured sources, including MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Collaborate with analytics, product, and engineering teams to deliver clean, reliable datasets.
• Write efficient SQL queries to transform and analyze data across multiple platforms.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and lineage through testing and validation frameworks.
• Optimize Spark jobs and data workflows for performance and scalability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing data processes and infrastructure.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the enterprise data lake and data warehouse environments. Qualifications
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark for distributed data processing.
• Strong experience with MongoDB, including querying, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.
• Solid command of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with data modeling, schema design, and large-scale data systems.
• Understanding of data governance, lineage, and best practices in data engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to data lake or data warehouse tools like Snowflake.
