Location- Bangalore About the Role We’re looking for a Data Engineer who enjoys solving problems, building reliable data systems, and taking ownership of what they build. This role is suited for someone with a solid foundation in data engineering who is confident working independently, while also collaborating with product and engineering teams. We value engineers who are curious, keep up with evolving technologies, and are open to adopting better ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for reliable data movement
• Model data to support analytics, reporting, and product use cases
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across the platform
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand data requirements
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing data workflows
• Contribute to architecture discussions and recommend improvements where needed
• Take ownership of the systems you build and support them in production

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data modeling
• Experience working with relational databases and data warehouses
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Understanding of distributed data processing concepts
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow is a plus
• Exposure to containerization, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code is an advantage
