Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures that meet evolving business requirements.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of data engineering best practices.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Continuously evaluate and improve existing data processes to increase efficiency and reliability.

Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

Experience in building and managing data pipelines using modern data engineering tools and frameworks.

Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and ETL process design.

Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions.

Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.

Understanding of data governance and data quality management principles.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
