As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role includes creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. The position also requires implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data, facilitating smooth migration and deployment across various systems. Collaboration with different teams to align data workflows and optimize system performance is an integral part of daily activities, ensuring that data infrastructure supports organizational needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure continuous and reliable data flow.
- Document data processes and workflows to maintain clarity and support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks.

Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with building and managing scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.

- Ability to optimize data processing for performance and cost efficiency.
- Understanding of data governance and quality assurance practices.



Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
