Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize data pipeline performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align data engineering solutions with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
• Experience in building and managing scalable data pipelines and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of data processing frameworks and distributed computing.
• Familiarity with data storage solutions and database management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL processes for performance and reliability.
• Understanding of data quality assurance and validation techniques.
