About this role
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Step Functions, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop scalable and efficient ETL processes using PySpark on Python to process large datasets from various sources.
- Ensure high availability and performance of the system by monitoring its metrics and implementing improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-11 years of experience in Data Engineering with expertise in Big Data technologies like Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS), Spark (PySpark), Kafka.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud platform including S3 buckets, Lambda functions, Step Functions, Redshift tables etc.
