Project Role Description : Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Summary:

As a Data Platform Engineer, your day involves supporting the development and refinement of the data platform architecture, ensuring that all components align with the overall blueprint. You work closely with Integration Architects and Data Architects to facilitate seamless integration across various systems and data models. Your role requires continuous collaboration and coordination to maintain a unified and efficient data environment that supports organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data platform components meet business requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data platform issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions.
• Strong understanding of data integration techniques and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to optimize data workflows.
• Ability to analyze and optimize data platform performance and scalability.
