We expect to grow sizably in the coming 3-5 years, adding various dimensions to our business and multiplying and increasing the current team size multi-fold.

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2-3 years working hands-on with Databricks.
• Strong proficiency in PySpark, Spark SQL,and Python.
• Deep understanding of Delta Lake, Lakehouse architecture, and Medallion design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms Azure (Azure Databricks), AWS, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Unity Catalog, Databricks Workflows, and cluster/job optimization.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with data modeling (dimensional/star schema).
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or dbt.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices for data pipelines.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in cloud data platforms.

Good to Have

• Databricks certification (e.g., Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate/Professional).
• Experience with MLflow and supporting ML pipelines.
• Exposure to streaming data (Structured Streaming, Kafka, Event Hubs).
• Experience in BFSI/financial services data environments.
• Familiarity with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code for Databricks environments.
