Panorama Block builds governable AI orchestration and execution infrastructure for institutional finance, backed by partners such as Anchorage Digital and Avalanche. We are a remote-first team scaling our technical operation as we head toward our token generation event and institutional launch.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Data Engineer to help build and maintain the data infrastructure powering our on-chain intelligence and AI systems. You will work across blockchain data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, data processing, storage, and analytics infrastructure, ensuring reliable and scalable data flows across multiple networks and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for on-chain and off-chain data.
• Develop ETL/ELT workflows for blockchain data ingestion and transformation.
• Work with large datasets and optimize data processing and storage.
• Integrate data from multiple blockchains, protocols, APIs, and external sources.
• Maintain data quality, consistency, monitoring, and pipeline reliability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and AI teams to support data requirements.
• Help develop and improve our data architecture, schemas, and analytics infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues and improve system performance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in data engineering, backend engineering, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python or another data engineering language.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data processing workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with blockchain or on-chain data.
• Familiarity with ClickHouse, Kafka, Spark, MinIO, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, or distributed data systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, RPCs, subgraphs, or blockchain indexing.
• Experience with Web3, DeFi, fintech, or financial data.
• Knowledge of AI/ML data pipelines.
